Item Availability

  • We constantly update our inventory as items sell and are replenished.  While we work hard to keep this information up-to-date within this website, it is possible that an item you have ordered may have previously sold-out.  In the rare case this occurs, we will contact you via email before your order is processed.  
  • Every item has it's own set of drop-down menus that identify which colors and sizes are available.  All in-stock items will appear in those menus, and we do not have additional stock other than what is shown as options under each particular style.    


Shipping Information

  • Under most circumstances, orders placed before noon (central standard time) are processed and shipped the same day.  Orders received after noon may be processed, but likely will ship the following business day.  If you shop over a weekend or during a holiday, your order will ship the following business day.  
  • For your convenience, we offer flat shipping rates to the United States.  Ground shipping orders are charged a rate of $12, second-day air shipping is available for $20, and overnight orders will be charged $30.  
  • A flat shipping rate of $75 will apply to International orders.  Any fees for customs and taxes will be your responsibility.
  • We are unable to ship to post office boxes at this time.
  • Shipments valued at over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.  If you anticipate not being able to sign for your package, please communicate your concerns to us immediately following the placement of your order.  
  • Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation, which will include applicable tracking numbers.


Returns and Exchanges

  • We want you to love and feel great in your new selections! If you find that you need a different size or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for store credit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to receive a valid return authorization code.  
  • Exchanges will be based on size and style availability.
  • Eligible return items must have their tags attached and be unworn and unaltered.  Items must have been tried on with the sanitary liner provided.
  • Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning and mail the package to our return address.  Be sure to write the return authorization code on the outside of the package.  The Fifth House Intimates is not responsible for return shipping.  
  • Your return package must be received within 10 days from the date your authorization code was issued.  Once we receive your package, your replacement sizes will be shipped out immediately.  
  • If your return shows signs of wear or has evidence of make-up or heavy perfume, it cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.  
  • Sale items, hosiery and adhesive products are ineligible for exchange or return.
  • This policy also applies to gifts.
  • The Fifth House does not offer price adjustments on sale or close-out merchandise.
